Cracking the code to success in just one word.

This month I’ve been sharing the best information with you about the universal laws. These laws govern the movement of energy, and are universal because they work for everyone, every time, everywhere.

There is no escaping them. Anyone who’s tried to go against them has lost. You cannot change these laws because they are not man-made, but you can get in harmony with them, and by doing so use them to create a life less ordinary.

I’ve cracked the code to success, and to save you time and effort, I’m going to share it with you freely because it’s not mine to hold onto.

The secret to achieving anything using the universal laws is summed up in one quote by Ralph Waldo Emerson, “The only thing that can grow is the thing you give energy to.”

Giving energy to something is to give it your attention, give it your time, give it your commitment, give it your best.

In one word, FOCUS.

If you want to know why 98% of our population are not living successful lives, it is due to “weakness of attention and poverty of imagination” - Neville Goddard.

Focus requires two things; something to focus on (an image), and willpower.

So I have a challenge for you, it’s called the 100 Rep Challenge.

To partake, you must set an inspiring goal for the next 30 days or 6 months or for 2024. It has to be something you really want, and it has to be specific and measurable.

Write it out in one sentence in the present tense ‘I am…’ (not ‘I will…’), and build a clear mental picture in your mind that represents the goal achieved.

For example, if your goal is to take your business revenue from €2m to €4m, the image could be visualising double the customers on your books, it could be number of units sold, it could be seeing turnover double every month. Whatever the image is, pick something that inspires you. If you’d like help setting a goal, I’m your man, get in touch!

Next the reps, I challenge you to do 100 reps of this goal statement every day.

This can come in various forms, i.e. writing, reading aloud, and listening to a recording of yourself reading it.

I know I can read my statement out six times in one minute, so if I do it for five minutes that’s 30 times. And if I do this four times per day (6am, 10am, 1pm, 5pm), then I hit 120 reps each day.

Your mind will want to wander and be easily distracted, but you can strengthen your willpower over time. Each time it wanders, just gently bring it back to focus on your goal achieved.

Remember as you’re doing this repetition, you must feel like your goal is already in your possession, that it is done.

Make 100 reps per day your standard of focus.

If this seems illogical and over the top, remember the reason 98% of people fail is because they don’t commit. We are talking about 30 minutes per day of focus, compared to the average time spent watching TV or on social media that's nothing!

What is the cost of not focusing?

Getting distracted, feeling overwhelmed, feeling tired, lack of progress, lack of productivity, lower income…the list goes on.

When you get focused you are in control.

Have a great week!
